Our Story

Jabaliyeh is a family business with its origins in the mountains of JAJ in Byblos, Lebanon. 

We grow and create organic produce brought to life through long-lasting family traditions. 

Jabaliyeh makes everything in small batches from our farmland.

To achieve optimal flavor we take extreme care in our produce: No pesticides, no added flavors no chemicals, just good natural ingredients.

 

Jabaliyeh produces fresh, organic produce comes mostly from our farm and from local farmers. 

Just because we preserve doesn’t mean you can use week-old fruits and vegetables that’s already a little spongy.
